DEi Awarded I3TS Contract as Subcontractor to Leidos

Defense Engineering Inc. (DEI) announced that it has been awarded a $210 million contract supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) IT Directorate’s Integrated Information Technology Support Services (I3TS) program. Under this strategic partnership with Leidos, DEI will play a key role in modernizing DTRA’s enterprise IT environment and advancing the agency’s cybersecurity and cloud capabilities in support of critical national security missions.

The I3TS contract enables DTRA to transform its IT infrastructure by implementing next-generation cloud architecture, enterprise-wide Zero Trust security frameworks, and alignment with the Department of Defense Network (DODNET) strategy. These initiatives will strengthen the agency’s ability to securely manage and analyze mission-critical data while improving operational efficiency across global operations.

As part of the program, DEI will contribute advanced engineering expertise and operational support to accelerate DTRA’s digital modernization initiatives. The work will focus on secure cloud migration, enterprise infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity integration, and network modernization, ensuring that DTRA’s IT systems remain resilient, scalable, and aligned with evolving Department of Defense technology standards.
