Personal Development Goals Tailored for You

DEI encourages all of our employees to seek opportunities to enhance their skills, expand their knowledge and keep current on technology trends. Each associate has a personal development plan, which provides a roadmap to help guide the professional growth of each employee. The plan is reviewed and updated at least once a year with the associate’s supervisor. We maintain an open-door policy, and all employees are encouraged to meet with their supervisors and other senior staff on a regular basis to seek constructive guidance and mentorship in helping them achieve their personal development goals.

Awards and Recognition. When a DEI associate demonstrates a level of quality and customer service above and beyond their normal duties, we  recognize their extraordinary efforts via bonuses or recognition. The methods of which include:  email recognition through monthly team notices; spot bonus awards for task order excellence; quarterly awards based on peer and supervisor nomination for exceptional performance; and Associate of the Year Award for demonstrated exceptional service to the customer.

We strive for a proper balance between exceptional service and solution delivery to our customers and facilitating a positive quality of life for our associates outside the office. Our associates receive 25 paid days (or five business weeks) off per year. We also encourage our employees to maintain a healthy active lifestyle outside of work by providing gym membership reimbursement, as well as optional participation in wellness programs provided through a supplemental health insurance.
