DEi via its 8A, SDVOSB, and Hub Zone Joint Venture (JV) SOLVTEK II has been awarded the DODNET-PMO Support Contract. At the Defense Information system Agency (DISA), DEI delivers a structured, yet flexible project engineering methodology that guides the full lifecycle of DODNet systems engineering activities for all DODNet projects. It is composed of five defined phases—ranging from concept refinement to operations and support—each including specific tasks, required artifacts, and formal reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with mission objectives. The methodology promotes standardized processes while allowing for customization based on project complexity, enabling project teams to tailor efforts while maintaining governance compliance. Our methodology guarantees DODNET success and is provided through a tiered review structure involving the J6 Project Review Board (PRB), Engineering Review Board (ERB), Operations Review Board (ORB), and Change Control Board (CCB). These boards evaluate DODNet project readiness, technical design, operational suitability, and proposed changes to ensure sound decision-making and controlled execution. Leadership and accountability are maintained by Government Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers, who coordinate efforts, track progress, and ensure all integrator deliverables meet defined requirements. Through our governance model, the DODNet PMO ensures projects are executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with DISA’s strategic goals.
